Orders & Processing

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are made to order and take 3–6 business days to process before shipping. You'll receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we're unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ctekdesigns.com and we'll do our best to help.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and most countries within the European Union

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 5–14 business days after processing, depending on your region. International orders may take longer due to customs clearance.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Who is responsible for customs and import duties?

Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total.

Returns & Damaged Items

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection, so please review your order carefully before placing it.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@ctekdesigns.com with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping will be the customer's responsibility. Please double-check your address at checkout.
